Do I have to install anything?

No. It all happens in the browser: you drop the file, it uploads and you get the text back. There's nothing to configure and no model to choose.

How long does an hour of audio take?

Usually under two minutes. You'll see the progress move while it happens, and you can close the tab: it keeps going and the transcript is waiting for you.

Can I fix mistakes?

Yes, click any line and rewrite it. The original stays underneath, so a correction never loses what the model actually heard, and the search index updates with your version.

Can I upload video?

Yes: MP4, MOV, WEBM, MKV and AVI. We only read the audio track, so you don't pay for the picture.

How accurate is it?

On clean English or Spanish audio we sit around 98% word-for-word. With background noise, people talking over each other or strong accents, the usual range is 92% to 96%.

Which languages do you support?

More than 90, including English, Spanish (European and Latin American), Catalan, Galician, Basque, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. Detection is automatic and we handle recordings that switch language halfway through.

Does it tell people apart?

Yes, up to 32 speakers in the same recording. They come out as «Speaker A» and «Speaker B»; you rename them once and the whole transcript follows.

How are minutes counted?

By the length of the audio, not by how long we take. A 40-minute recording costs 40 minutes, and a job that fails doesn't spend anything.

What happens when I run out?

Nothing is deleted and nothing breaks. You just can't start new transcriptions until the next cycle, or until you move up a plan.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, from your billing page. If you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your transcripts stay available to download.

Do you invoice with VAT?

Yes, with your company details and VAT number. For volume, bank transfer or a signed DPA, write to us and we sort it in the same thread.

Where are my recordings kept?

On servers in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. The transcription itself also happens in the EU.

Do you train models with my audio?

No. Never. Your recordings are yours and are used for one thing only: giving you back the text.

How long do you keep it?

Each plan has a retention window — 30 days, 90 days or a year. When it's up, the audio and the text are deleted on their own. You can also delete anything at any moment, and the audio goes with it the same day.
