The small print
How minutes are counted
- By length, not by effort
- A 40-minute recording costs 40 minutes, whether it takes us one minute to transcribe or five. Video counts only its audio track.
- Only when it works
- A failed job doesn't spend anything. If a file can't be read or the transcription fails, the minutes stay in your account.
- We measure the file ourselves
- We read the real length of your audio instead of trusting the provider's count, so what you're billed is what your recording lasts.
- When you run out
- Nothing gets deleted and nothing breaks: you simply can't start new transcriptions until the next cycle, or until you move up a plan.
