The small print

How minutes are counted

By length, not by effort
A 40-minute recording costs 40 minutes, whether it takes us one minute to transcribe or five. Video counts only its audio track.
Only when it works
A failed job doesn't spend anything. If a file can't be read or the transcription fails, the minutes stay in your account.
We measure the file ourselves
We read the real length of your audio instead of trusting the provider's count, so what you're billed is what your recording lasts.
When you run out
Nothing gets deleted and nothing breaks: you simply can't start new transcriptions until the next cycle, or until you move up a plan.
