- Up to 32 speakers separated automatically, even when voices overlap. Name each person once and the whole transcript follows, because the name lives in one place instead of being repeated on every line.
- A timestamp on every word
- Not one per paragraph: one per word. That's what lets the player follow the reading, what makes a subtitle land on the right frame, and what lets you jump to the exact second someone said something.
- More than 90 languages
- Detected on their own, including recordings that switch language halfway through. Spanish and English are in the top tier, with regional accents handled.
- A confidence score you can see
- Each line carries how sure the model was. The doubtful ones are visible instead of hidden, so you know where to look before sending it to a client.

- An editor synced to the audio
- Click a line and it plays. Fix the text and it saves, keeping the original underneath so a correction is never a loss.
- Search inside the text
- Not just in titles: in every word of every transcript, with an index that understands Spanish and English so «grabación» finds «grabaciones».
- Summaries and minutes
- Key points, decisions and action items, written from the transcript once it's done. Ask for them when you upload, or later.
- Export where you need it
- DOCX and PDF to send, SRT and VTT for subtitles with the timings intact, JSON if you're going to process it yourself.

- They upload straight to storage instead of through the app, which is why a two-hour recording doesn't fall over halfway. The progress bar shows real bytes.

- File, text and transcription, all on EU servers. A signed DPA on the Business plan.

- Each plan has a retention window. When it's up, audio and text are deleted without you having to remember.
